Coming to you live from….

NC State!

After a long–a really, really long–day at state, I’ve finally found a few moments to take a seat and let ya’ll know what’s going on in my world.

As revealed earlier on the site, I’m attending NC State University! Majoring in Art and Design with a concentration in illustration.

The majority of my day has been spent running back and forth between buildings that I haven’t quite grasped the location of just yet. And I must say that its been interesting so far.

I’m gonna like being a part of the wolfpack 🙂

I got a screen made for the KHS colorguard, and, yet again, the most awesome screen printer in Raleigh made it for me! If you need great work then check out Jared Lambert with Ink NC (drop him a line at…he’s awesome, guys!

Here it is, a sunshiney Saturday at 3:25 p.m.
It’s been quite a while since my last post! But that’s because I’ve been quite busy with work and pre-college preparation.

As part of my pre-college life, I’ve taken on a job! I am now waitressing, and I must say it’s quite more difficult than it looks. I’ve picked up some life lessons between drink refills and check deliveries.

As far as art is concerned, I haven’t had much time to create anything. But! I’ve made a few things, one being the campaign sign for someone running for Councilman in Raleigh, the other being a whimsical painting of a pig, which seems to have fallen in to the place of being my mascot.

I got to ride horses at the house of the wife of the great nephew of the amazing photographer Richard Avedon after meeting her at my job! That was awesome fun.

College stuff is moving along fairly nicely, I’ve designed some things for myself, and I’m still–yet and still–trying to get my graduation announcements sent out (due to a design flaw, I couldn’t send them as post cards as I originally intended.

Thanks for staying tuned, I’ll post more art soon.

Love and hugs 🙂

Graduation Announcements

Since I’m graduating….I’m making graduation announcements!

If you want one, simply fill out the form below…if everything goes right, then as soon as I get them printed, I’m mailing them out 🙂

Something new

This week has been quite interesting!

On Saturday, I went to the NC Museum of Art–the Congressional Art Awards reception was there, and I won an honorable mention! Yesterday I started my new job, and tomorrow I’m recording an interview for the Artist of Tomorrow award that will be aired on the Raleigh TV Network.

I got a good idea for my math project in 1st block, created it during 2nd block, got it printed and purchased at 4:14 and made it to work by 4:15 !

Stay tuned!

Drumroll, please!

I’m going to be a member of the wolfpack! I’m majoring in Art + Design, and I’m super excited!

As many of you also know, college is a bit expensive…so, if you can, help me out! Please make a donation to my artists fund. I don’t want to be a starving artist–I like food too much!

Congratulations to the class of 2011!

Hello, everyone!

I made a brochure…and I’m certainly proud of it.

The brochure is for Kristi Tally, who is coordinating the 37th Annual Senior Corps Banquet.

Here it goes 🙂
